As soon as we met Tom we knew he was a genuine, hands-on professional who knew what he was talking about. His knowledge of the process and meticulous attention to detail ensured that the job was done properly and without fuss. Tom and his team worked tirelessly and didn’t stop. What impressed us the most was the importance of quality and workmanship which took priority over ‘just getting the job done’ and the desire to ensure the job was done to a high standard as if it was their own drive. Tom kept to his word and ensured that everywhere was cleaned (including neighbouring property) to ensure no residue of dust caused any discomfort.
